The Abuja Management Review (AMR) is a bi-annual journal of the Faculty of Management Sciences, University of Abuja, Nigeria. The Journal is expected to play in active role in the promotion of the course of management scholars and practitioners in Nigeria and other countries of the world in the area of research and publication. The Abuja Management Science is aimed at optimum utilisation of available human and material resources in order to achieve the purpose of the enterprise. Therefore, for human and material resources to be properly utilised to obtain the desired result, sound ideas, proper planning, good knowledge of labour relations and application of management techniques and processes are basic necessary conditions.
